Their knowledge and teamwork amongst myself and the buyer of my home was exceptional! Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha were able to put together an off-market deal on the sale of my home located in Thousand Oaks. These two came together and were able to work on behalf of both myself and the buyers. My late husband worked for Ventura County Fire. I have two families who live on my street who are related and also work for Ventura County Fire. The grandparents live a couple of blocks away from me. As a service provider participant (Certified Home Inspector), I want to share my experience during home buying transactions with Lydia Gable and her Group. Throughout my 26 years real estate industry experience, I've never seen any real estate agents that would give more professional and personal care to their clients than Lydia Gable. After my completed general home inspection and findings, Lydia recommended and hired other specialized inspectors as it was necessary (roof, chimney, mold, etc.) to make sure the clients can make the best informed and educated decisions, addressing these findings/conditions. Lydia always looking after the best interest of the clients, never concerned about "jeopardizing" the transaction, that could result in renegotiating or even canceling the escrow. She attended on ALL inspections, carefully listened my inspection walk-through/summary and advised/guided the clients through this important process. Her integrity, professionalism and care is among the best I've ever observed in my professional career. Lydia and the Lydia Gable Group is definitely on the top of my list of recommendation for any real estate needs of my family and friends!
