Gratitude is best shared—and in our case, best shared with PIE 🥧. What better time than National Pie Day share a Slice of Gratitude for our clients who joined Lydia Gable Realty Group’s Annual Pie Giving Event in Agoura Hills.

In November 2025, the Lydia Gable Realty Group proudly hosted our Annual Pie Giving Client Appreciation Event at the Agoura Hills Event Center for a heartfelt celebration of thanks. This annual tradition has become one of our favorite moments of the year, and 2025 was no exception.

Our Annual Pie Giving is more than just an event—it’s our way of pausing during the busy holiday season to say thank you to the people who make our work meaningful.

Buying or selling a home in Conejo Valley is a major life moment, and we never take lightly the trust our clients place in us. This event is a small but sincere gesture of appreciation for that trust, loyalty, and the real estate referrals so many of you continue to send our way year after year.

A Perfect Setting at the Agoura Hills Event Center

The Agoura Hills Event Center at Ladyface Court provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. With its spectacular views of the Simi and Santa Monica Mountains, welcoming atmosphere, and central location near Westlake Village, Oak Park and Calabasas, it gave us the opportunity to connect face-to-face, catch up on life, and enjoy festive fall energy together.

Guests stopped by throughout the afternoon to pick up their apple pies, say hello, and share a few laughs with our team. The event had that cozy, neighborly feel that truly reflects what we love most about working in the Conejo Valley communities.

Pie, Fun, and Meaningful Connections

From familiar faces we’ve worked with for years to new clients we were excited to see again, the day was filled with warm conversations and genuine connection. Live music and fun in our photobooth kept the vibes festive.

But the hero was Julian’s Apple Crumb Pie - a HUGE hit (as always!). We picked up nearly 200 pies from their bakery in Santa Ysabel CA, so that every client at our event could take home their own pie for the holidays. The Julian Pie Company has been making pies for over 30 years and offers 21 different flavors to choose from. We hope to try them alllll one day ;).

What really made the event special was the chance to reconnect outside of transactions and timelines. These moments remind us that real estate is ultimately about relationships, not just homes.
