The listing broker, The Beverly Hills Estates, stated the luxury home is “located in the exclusive Vintage at Hidden Park community. This exquisitely remodeled estate sits on nearly 1.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, offering the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and natural beauty.” Sales price per square foot was $829.26.
