Responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction & trust and increase sales volume

  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

  • Set appointments with leads

  • Lead generation and lead nurturing on a daily basis

  • Create and monitor home searches for clients

  • Make in-person presentations to Buyers and Sellers

  • Write contracts

  • Negotiate home sales

Qualifications:

  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

  • Great communication and social skills

  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

  • Technology driven

  • Must be highly self-motivated

  • Terrific presenter and communicator

  • Exceptional closer

  • Must be computer literate

  • Have empathy for client’s needs at all times

  • Love of real estate and showing property

  • Real Estate experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
