Stay the Course
The first option is to stay on the real estate market with the same agent, the same pricing and hope that a buyer comes along eventually. But if it didn’t work the first time, is it only a matter of time or does it give you pause to think about why it didn’t work the first time.
Take a Break
The second option might be take your home off the market. Wait 90 days. Make sure that the market is ready for you to come back on the market, perhaps during a busier selling time of the year. If it didn’t sell in three – six months, you might want to take a break and wait for a new set of buyers who are looking for homes and just come back on the market in three – four months.
Analyze & Strategize
The third option is to really take a look and listen as to why maybe your home didn’t sell. Take a look at what homes did sell. Is your home really ready? Have you done a good job in staging the home? Is it clean? Is it painted right? Is it ready to go? Did your real estate agent market the home properly?
