Broken sprinkler, damaged street sign or burned-out street light? You can report it to Westlake Village CityCare 24 hours a day, but now you can access this help line while on the go. The new CityCare Iphone and Android app is here for you to download at the CityCare page on the City website.
Residents utilizing CityCare will receive a call back from the City with the latest update on their report and those who submit their report through the website or mobile device will receive the same follow-up message via phone or email. Residents should continue to call 911 for all medical emergencies or life threatening situations.
